She began her journey as a baker and, through dedication and hands-on learning, grew into roles as Chef, HR Manager, and Food Service Director within the camp catering world.
Now, as the founder of MeganMae Catering, Megan offers a unique, premium food service tailored specifically to the needs of residential summer camps. Her work is deeply rooted in a love for nature, a genuine care for children, and a strong respect for the rhythms of camp life.
With a background in nutrition, farming, and special diet needs, Megan brings a grounded, thoughtful approach to nourishing camp communities. She is known for her ability to build, train, and maintain strong, supportive kitchen teams — creating work environments that are organized, calm, and collaborative.
