About Megan
Megan McKell has over 16 years of experience working in camp kitchens, bringing both heart and leadership to every role she's taken on. She began as a baker and, through dedication and hands-on learning, grew into roles as Chef, HR Manager, and Food Service Director.
Today, as the founder of MeganMae Catering, she offers a specialized food service built specifically for residential summer camps across Eastern Ontario and Quebec.
With a background in nutrition, farming, and special diet management, Megan brings a grounded approach to camp food service. She builds kitchen teams that are organized, calm, and collaborative, ensuring that every camper and staff member feels supported, nourished, and well cared for throughout the season.
